1st St.Gallen EORTC Gastrointestinal Cancer Conference will be held 22-24 March 2012 in St. Gallen, Switzerland

St.Gallen EORTC Gastrointestinal Cancer Conference (SG-GICC 2012) will be held 22-24 March 2012 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. This new bi-annual conference will focus on primary therapy of early, potentially cureable cancers of the gastrointestinal tract. This conference alternates with the St. Gallen International Breast Cancer Conference and also concludes with a consensus session. Experts actively engaged in basic and clinical research as well as clinical management of gastro-intestinal cancers will present their latest data, critically reviewed by leading specialists in the field. The conference will close with a new international consensus attempt: Differential approach to the gastro-esophogeal cancers – public interactive panel discussion and vote.
