• Registration forms submitted without full payment will not be processed.

• The registration will close on 27 February 2009.

• Registration cancellations must be faxed (+32 2 772 62 33) or e-mailed to the EORTC Education Office.
• All registration cancellations received before 15 January 2009 will be charged a fee of 200 Euros.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15 January 2009.
• Refunds will be processed after the meeting.
