CDDF Multi-Stakeholder Workshop 2026

Brussels, Belgium (hybrid)

The CDDF Workshop will examine the current state of global clinical oncology trial development and the regulatory perspectives shaping it. Organised in collaboration with AAADV, the meeting brings together trans‑Atlantic expertise and a diverse group of stakeholders, including representatives from industry, academia, regulatory agencies, HTA bodies, and patient advocacy.

This multi‑stakeholder workshop will provide an opportunity to discuss regulatory considerations related to innovative and adaptive trial designs, as well as the challenges of conducting international development programmes. Over 1.5 days and three plenary sessions, participants will engage in focused discussions and benefit from dedicated networking time.

The programme will explore key themes such as global harmonisation strategies, the use of non‑local data for regulatory approvals, diversity and inclusion in clinical trials, the role of patient preferences and PROs, and the evolution of oncology trial designs toward more complex, multifunctional models. The workshop aims to highlight the essential elements that support efficient global development and timely access to new cancer therapies.
