Joint webinar on competing risk in older cancer patients

Virtual Event

The Older Adult Council (OAC) is a think-tank established in 2022 to stimulate cross cutting questions in the field of cancer in the older population. Currently, one of our strategies is to identify new key areas of interest in the research of older patients with cancer. OAC would like to raise awareness on improving clinical research in older adult patients by exploring methodological aspects like the study design, the benefit assessment, the recruitment, retention, treatment toxicities, evaluation of frailty and translational research.

In this scope, the Educational Working Group of the OAC took the initiative to launch webinar series, this second one explores competing risk in frail patients, and will be performed in collaboration with the EORTC Head and Neck and Genito-Urinary Disease-oriented groups.

Audience: we will welcome all caregivers interested.
