ESSO 38

ESSO 38 will illustrate in detail the latest practice-changing discoveries in oncology, surgery and the latest multi-modal therapies.

With a congress theme “Better outcomes with innovative surgery”, the Scientific Committee wishes to give a new impetus to the ESSO Congress with a real focus on surgical technicalities, this way responding better to surgeons’ needs in their daily practice.

With a view to favour discussions and networking, the scientific programme will include more interactive sessions, debates and provocative workshops. Education will also be the motto of this congress, which will feature more practical sessions “How do I do it?”, expert videos and hands-on sessions. In addition, poster walks and “posters in the spotlight” sessions will enable scientific exchanges and increased networking opportunities.
