The General Assembly is the EORTC’s legislative body. It delegates specific functions to the Board, Committees, or appointees. The General Assembly has the ultimate responsibility for approving the Organisation’s budget and the audited accounts. It elects the Board Members and the President. It is composed of the Board Members, the Chairs of the Groups and Task Forces, the Representatives of the 15 top recruiting EORTC institutions, the last 3 Presidents and the President-elect. They are the effective voting members of the Organisation.
